Certificate Tantra Yoga Teachers  Training Course.  Bud is renowned in Australia for producing some of the best Tantra Yoga Teachers in the country. This is partly so because in this course, you not only learn powerful tantric techniques and the philosophy behind these practices but you're also trained to develop your individual teaching style and skills. By the end of the course you will assist teaching in a tantra yoga workshop given at the conclusion of the course on 8 May 2011, at which time you'll also receive your Tantra Yoga teachers certificate. Cost $400. per person, concession $350.

Mondays, 7 30 - 8 30 pm: 

Weekly Kriya Yoga Class. At these popular classes we teach different asanas, pranayama exercises and meditations from Kriya Yoga. Bud has been a qualified teacher of Kriya Yoga since 2008.

$10. per session $5 concession.

Tues., 8 - 10 pm:

Our weekly Tues. evening Meditation Group. In this group Bud and other guest teachers present various meditation techniques so that you can discover which method works best for you. On a donation basis.
